APPARATUS FOR BLOW-MOLDED CONTAINER

PURPOSE: An apparatus for a blow-molded container is provided to form a thick part at the lower side of the container by pressurizing the lower side of a pre-foam in a blowing forming process. CONSTITUTION: An injection molding mold is prepared for a pre-form(10P) which is longer than a complete container. A blowing molding mold(20) includes an elevating unit(23) and forms a thick part at the lower side of a container by pressurizing the lower side of the pre-foam in a blowing forming process. An intermediate blowing molding mold is further prepared in order to form a second pre-form by transforming the outer shape of the pre-form. The second pre-form is shaped into a non-circular shape to be corresponded to a non-circular complete container. The elevating unit includes a cavity penetrating part(25).
