<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device keeping the stable charging performance of developing liquid for a long period, without increasing the size of the device or a drive load. <P>SOLUTION: A developing device 2 comprises a scraper 128 disposed downstream in a rotating direction of a developing roller from a developing area, and carrying a developer remaining on the developing roller surface in a direction separating from the developing roller; a developer guiding member 129 provided on a lower side in a vertical direction of the scraper 128 and on an upper side in the vertical direction of a first carrying member 112 and a second carrying member 113, and receiving the developer carried from the scraper 128; and a developer guiding member driving motor switching a discharging state in which the developer stored in the developer guiding member 129 is discharged to a developing tank 111, and a discharge stopping state stopping the discharge. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
