<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processed pigment stably microparticulated at high level, wherein when the pigment is used as a color material for a wide variety of articles, the melting, agglomeration and crystallization of the pigment is prevented from occurring due to heat even during a process of manufacturing the article, and the particles dispersed is not out of shape due to the heating, thereby obtaining high-definition display device and the article having high designability. <P>SOLUTION: The pigment is coated with a material comprising a resin A, wherein the resin A is an anion-cation polymer consisting of at least an α,β-unsaturation-containing monomer having an amino group and an α,β-unsaturation bond-containing monomer having an acid group.
