摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure of a power element enabling visual checking of the supply amount of solder. <P>SOLUTION: A strip-shaped upper electrode 24 is connected on upper surfaces of power elements 21, 22 through solder. The upper electrode 24 has a pair of clefts 26a, 27a, 26b, 27b separating in a width direction and extending in a length direction, and arc-shaped projecting portions 29a, 30a, 29b, 30b projecting from a body portion 25 in a direction approaching the upper surfaces of the power elements 21, 22, at an outside part of the pair of the clefts. The solder 31 is wet and spread on the upper surfaces of the power elements 21, 22 and both upper and lower surfaces (34, 35) of the projecting portions 29a, 30a, 29b, 30b of the upper electrode 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
