<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and light cleaning apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The cleaning apparatus 14 includes a light source 7 and a photocatalyst part 10 facing each other across a space 11. The light source 7 is provided with a first substrate 1, a first electrode 3 provided on a side of photocatalyst part 10 of the first substrate 1, a dielectric layer 5 provided on the first electrode 3 and having an illuminant internally, and a translucence electrode 6 provided on the dielectric layer 5. The photocatalyst part 10 is provided with a second substrate 8 and a photocatalyst layer 9 provided on a side of the light source 7 of the second substrate 8 and in contact with the space 11. The voltage is applied between the first electrode 3 and the translucence electrode 6 to make the illuminant emit light, and the photocatalytic layer 9 receives the light emitted from the illuminant to purify gas or liquid existing in the space 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
