<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine having effects of preventing dandruff, itchiness and hair loss, growing hair and maintaining beautiful hair while taking the constitution into consideration by use of herbs for not only young but middle and aged people. <P>SOLUTION: According to Eastern medicine, by imparting energy to channels of a lever, kidney or lungs, functions necessary to maintain vital phenomena of a human body and functions of reproduction, growth, ageing, bones, bone marrows, hair and the like are activated to boost the kidney function and to promote good health and hair growth. A plurality of herbs that give energy to levers, kidneys and lungs is extracted with solvents and the extracted ingredients are compounded to prepare a medicine.
