<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll transport dolly capable of reliably performing a residual core recovery operation, shortening the tact time, and reducing the size of the dolly. <P>SOLUTION: The roll transport dolly 1 includes: a paper tube support pedestal 11 capable of supporting a paper tube P1 having a first diameter with its core direction oriented horizontally; a lifter 12 lifting and lowering the paper tube support pedestal 11; and a web paper support pedestal 21 provided at a center position different from that of the paper tube support pedestal 11 on a plane and capable of supporting a web paper P2 having a second diameter larger than the first diameter with its core direction oriented horizontally. The roll transport dolly further includes a second slider 24 moving the web paper support pedestal 21 between the center position and a retreat position spaced apart from the center position relative to the paper tube support pedestal 11 in a direction perpendicular to the core direction of the web paper P2 on the plane in response to the lifting and lowering of the paper tube support pedestal 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
