A method by which user equipment manages mobile advertisements according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: receiving an input signal to determine an advertisement to avoid; extracting from metadata of the advertisement categories for the advertisement that has been determined by the input signal; outputting category information that includes an upper category, a lower category or relevant categories of the extracted categories; receiving a selection input for selecting at least one category to avoid among the extracted category information; generating report data that includes the selected category information according to the category selection input signal; and transferring a message including the generated report data to an advertisement server.
