PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent compound is provided to manufacture OLED device in which luminous efficiency and the lifetime of products is superior, when using as hole transport material or hole injection material. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescent compound is in chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, X is -O-, -S-, - C (R11R12) -, - Si (R13R14) - or - N (R15) -. R1-R2 is hydrogen, deuterium, halogen, substituted or unsubstituted C1-30 alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C6-C30 aryl, substituted or unsubstituted C3-30 heteroaryl, or substituted or unsubstituted 5-7membered heterocycloalkyl, respectively. L is chemical bond, substituted or unsubstituted C6-30 arylene, or substituted or unsubstituted C3-30 heteroarylene. Ar1-Ar2 is substituted or unsubstituted C1-30 alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C6-30 aryl, or substituted or unsubstituted C3-30 hetero aryl, or R21(NR22R23).
