FOOD CONVEYING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food conveying system for conveying a food product using a conveying robot.

SOLUTION: The food conveying system includes: a food product conveyor 7 for conveying a food product 5 produced by a food product producing apparatus 3; a separate conveyor 13 for conveying the food product 5; and a conveying robot 15 conveying the food product from the food product conveyor 7 to the separate conveyor 13. The robot 15 includes a plurality of holding members 63A-63F including holding surfaces 77 for holding the food product 5 in an openable and closable manner, and includes a cleaning device for cleaning the holding surface 77 of each holding member 63A-63F at a robot hand 19 of the robot or at a proper position around the robot. A plurality of auxiliary working tools 103 to be mounted at the robot hand 19 for performing an auxiliary work are detachably provided at the robot hand 19. An auxiliary work tool exchange part including a plurality of auxiliary working tools 103A-103C for detachably exchanging relative to the robot hand 19 is provided.
