<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy management system and a controller capable of more exactly calculating a suppressible energy amount in consideration of comfort of a user of equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The energy management system includes: a host controller 10 which manages energy to be supplied to air conditioners 40, 40,... installed in properties A, B; and a subordinate controller 30 which has an operation condition grasping part which controls the equipment of the properties A, B to grasp operation conditions of the air conditioners 40, 40,..., a calculation part which calculates energy consumption to be consumed by first control for performing no energy suppression, and estimated consumption to be consumed by second control for performing energy suppression according to conditions based on an input value by the user, and/or an actual value of the energy amount, and a suppressible amount determination part which determines a plurality of energy suppressible amounts for every condition of the equipment based on the energy consumption and the estimated consumption. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
