<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical recycle event goods (REG) rental system which directly and indirectly contributes to preservation of successful global environment such as resource saving and energy saving. <P>SOLUTION: The REG rental system at least has: a step of renting various REG 100a to be used in an event formed by attaching a print mark M formed by printing a desired pattern symbolizing the event to it to various event holding users 41; and a recycling step of collecting REG 100b from the event holding users after the event ends, removing the print mark from the REG 100b, cleaning the print mark M, and performing partial repair if necessary, and newly and repeatedly rents the recycled REG 100c to event holding users by attaching the desired print mark again.
