摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the degradation of picture quality of a radiation image when a supporting substrate formed with a scintillator receives heat. <P>SOLUTION: The radiation detecting panel 10 of an indirect conversion system converts light to electric charge by a photoelectric conversion layer 16 after converting an incident radiation into the light by a scintillator layer 18, and reads out the electric charge accumulated in the photoelectric conversion layer 16 by turning on a switch element of a TFT substrate 14. On a surface opposite to a scintillator layer 18 forming surface of a supporting substrate 20 made from carbon, a heat conduction sheet 21 made of a metal plate having higher heat conductivity than the supporting substrate 20 is laminated by bonding and the like before forming the scintillator layer 18, and then, forms the scintillator 18. When the supporting substrate 20 forming the scintillator layer 18 and the heat conduction sheet 21 are stored in a casing 12, a projecting portion 21A of the heat conduction sheet 21 is inserted in a through-hole 34 of the casing 12, thereby exposing an end surface of the projecting portion 21A of the heat conduction sheet 21 to the outer surface of the casing 12 of a radiation image detector 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
