<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus that makes it possible to maintain routing even when data having a high possibility of exerting an influence on the routing is sent out to a network. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus, which is connected to a network control apparatus that performs control over at least one of routing, topology, and band allocation based on an observed value of a load or quality of a network, includes: a memory for storing a threshold value that relates to the observed value that is used to determine whether the network control apparatus should execute the control; and a control unit for, when data that changes the observed value to be equal to or greater than the threshold value is sent out to the network, uniformizing the load or the quality in the network. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
