<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate antibodies with conformational sensitivity and to provide a new composition for eliciting antibodies with highly uniqueness and effectiveness. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a composition comprising a supramolecular antigenic construct, wherein the supramolecular antigenic construct contains an antigenic peptide or active fragment thereof, and the antigenic peptide or active fragment thereof is modified to enhance antigenicity. The antigenic peptide or active fragment thereof is preferably modified through pegylation using polyethylene glycol or modified polyethylene glycol. The supramolecular antigenic construct is preferably reconstituted in liposome consisting of phospholipid and cholesterol. The supramolecular antigenic construct may be preferably used to treat disorders including Alzheimer's disease, multidrug resistance in cancer cells or prion diseases. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
