<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which can improve drainage performance of a hollow member of a frame without decreasing the strength of the frame. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell module according to the present invention is provided with a first hollow member 35 having a first space 36 in the inside thereof, and includes a first frame 3 having a first drain outlet 37 which allows communication between the first space 36 and the outer space, and a second frame 4 which is connected to the first frame 3 and is provided with a second hollow member 45 having a second space 46 in the inside thereof.
