<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning tool having a wiper easy to turn for easy and smooth cleaning work on a surface to be cleaned to clean a narrow space of furniture or the like while gripping a handle. <P>SOLUTION: A mounting shaft includes: a pair of rotating shaft bodies 10 and 11 horizontally connected on both end sides of a connecting member 20; and a pair of hollow bodies 12 and 13 externally fitted to the rotating shaft bodies 10 and 11.
