<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an anchor coating agent suitable to obtain an anchor coat layer capable of firmly adhering a base material to a sealant layer; a packaging material with excellent durability using the anchor coating agent; and a method for efficiently producing the packaging material. <P>SOLUTION: The anchor coating agent contains a metacrylic acid-modified polyolefin resin (A), a maleic acid-modified polyolefin resin (B), a basic compound (C) and an aqueous vehicle, in which the mass ratio (A)/(B) of (A) to (B) is 99/1 to 70/30. The packaging material includes a base material, an anchor coat layer and a sealant layer which are laminated in this order, and the anchor coat layer is composed of the anchor coating agent from which an aqueous medium is removed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
