<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device for a vehicle capable of effectively restricting the radiation noise to be caused by outbreaks of a vibration mode, in which a ring gear deforms into an elliptic shape for an example. <P>SOLUTION: When the vibration mode, in which the ring gear R1 deforms into an elliptic shape, breaks, a part of outer peripheral teeth 73 of the ring gear R1 different from a reinforced part 122 thereof is weak in rigidity, an antinode of the vibration mode breaks. Since the part of the ring gear R1 different from the reinforced part 122 is fitted in a tooth fracture part 124 formed in inner peripheral teeth 75 of a bottomed cylindrical case 44, an antinode of the vibration mode breaks in the tooth fracture part 124. Consequently, since the antinode of the vibration of the ring gear R1 breaks in the tooth fracture part 124 of the bottomed cylindrical case 44, the antinode of the vibration mode does not touch inner peripheral teeth 75 of the bottomed cylindrical case 44, and transmission of the vibration to the bottomed cylindrical case 44 is thereby restricted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
