摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an onboard engine control device for preventing an air-fuel ratio from being controlled to be excessively fuel-rich by sequentially actuating heaters to early activating a pair of exhaust gas sensors provided at positions upstream and downstream of a catalyst. <P>SOLUTION: The heater 53f for the upstream exhaust gas sensor 105f is first fed, and when a heater current decays to be a predetermined value or smaller, the feed of the heater 53r for the downstream exhaust gas sensor 105r is started without waiting for the activation of the upstream exhaust gas sensor 105f. When the upstream exhaust gas sensor 105f is in an inactive condition, an output signal from an upstream air-fuel ratio control means 705a to be input to a fuel injection control means 706 is restricted to a predetermined fuel-rich command, and when the downstream exhaust gas sensor 105r is in an inactive condition, an output signal from a downstream air-fuel ratio control means 703a to be input to an upstream air-fuel ratio control means 705a is restricted to a predetermined fuel-rich command. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
