<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed vane turbocharger capable of increasing turbine efficiency with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: The fixed vane turbocharger includes a fixed vane 14 in which a plurality of vane bodies 16 are fixed in a circumferential direction on one side of a ring member 15 and a plurality of slopes 17 inclined in a step shape toward a circumferential direction are formed at the other side of the ring member 15. In the fixed vane 14, the vane bodies 16 are located at a passage 9, the slopes 17 are disposed opposite a heat shield plate 11 provided at a bearing housing 1 (first member), and fixed slopes 17' in conformity with the slopes 17 provided at the fixed vane 14 are provided at a facing front surface of the heat shield plate 11. The vane bodies 16 of the fixed vane 14 are pressed and fixed to a facing front surface of a turbine housing 4 (second member) via the slopes 17 and the fixed slopes 17' by the rotation of the ring member 15 generated by a fluid acting on the vane bodies 16 of the fixed vane 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
