<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ship including a deck crane allowing increasing a degree of freedom in designing the length of a boom of the deck crane and the length of a hatch, preventing a boom rest from interfacing when a boom of the deck crane is swung from inboard to shore side or from shore side to inboard during loading and unloading, reducing burdens of working persons, and improving loading and unloading efficiency; and a method for loading and unloading cargo of the ship including the deck crane. <P>SOLUTION: The ship includes the deck crane, and the boom rest 21 for placing the tip of the deck crane during voyage. The boom rest 21 is provided on an upper part of a strut 30 provided at a strut disposing part on the shipboard on a deck panel 5, and part or all of the boom rest 21 or the boom rest 21 and the strut 30 are configured to be removable from the strut disposing part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
