METHOD OF MANUFACTURING, JOINING AND CONSTRUCTING PRECAST CONCRETE MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mortar injection path and air discharge path forming jig for surely forming a mortar injection path and an air discharge path by simple work.

SOLUTION: The jig 16 is attached respectively to a mortar injection opening 14A and an air discharge opening 14B of a mortar filling joint 14 inside a concrete mold 12. The jig 16 is attached by putting a cylindrical body 28 on a cylindrical member 26, inserting a male screw member 3002 to a rubber washer 24 and the cylindrical member 26 on which the cylindrical body 28 is put, inserting a nut 3004 from the openings 14A and 14B to the inside of the mortar filling joint 14 and mounting the rubber washer 24 to the openings 14A and 14B in the state of screwing the nut 3004 to the distal end of the male screw member 3002, projecting the other end of the male screw member 3002 from a hole 1206 of a side plate 1204 of the concrete mold 12 to the outer surface of the side plate 1204 and tightening the nut 3006 to the male screw member 3002 on the outer surface of the side plate 1204.
