An implementing method and system for terminal communications, and an implementing method for terminal location update are disclosed by the present invention, wherein, the implementing method for terminal communications comprises that: a first visitor location register judges, according to an identifier of a first terminal which initiates a communication, whether the first terminal registers first real name system information in a network, wherein, the first visitor location register is the location register which is currently visited by the first terminal, the communication is initiated by the first terminal to a second terminal, the first real name system information comprises the identifier of the first terminal and user identity information of the first terminal, and the user identity information corresponds with the identifier of the first terminal; and in case that the first visitor location register determines that the first terminal does not register the first real name system information in the network, the communication initiated by the first terminal is terminated. The communication for terminal without registering the real name system information can be effectively prevented, and the user information can be determined definitely even the terminal transmits illegal and ill contents that help to trace the information resource and destination of communication, thus the network environment can be effectively purified.
