The device has a horizontal supporting body (5) whose length is smaller than inner diameter of an outer chimney (2). A lifting device is formed above the body, and the body comprises running rails (6) at a lower side. Length of the running rails corresponds to length of the body, and a beam hoist (7) is formed in the running rails in a horizontally displaceable manner over entire breadth of the running rails. The beam hoist comprises height-adjustable tools for breaking concrete. The body is provided with a locking device with thrust bearings (8) that are formed at sides of the body.
