PURPOSE: A smart grid system and an operation method thereof are provided to improve efficiency according to energy utilization, thereby equalizing energy consumption. CONSTITUTION: A smart server(100) is connected to an energy storage supply apparatus(130) and a new renewable energy generation apparatus(150). The new renewable energy generation apparatus generates and supplies energy to electrical appliances. The new renewable energy generation apparatus includes one or more power generation devices among solar heat(151), sunlight(152), and wind force(153). The energy storage supply apparatus stores and supplies energy to the electrical appliances. The energy storage supply apparatus includes one or more parts among a storage tank(131), ice storage tank(132), and electricity storage tank(133).
