PURPOSE: An automatic content searching method and apparatus thereof are provided to supply a content update list by automatically searching for the update of a video. CONSTITUTION: A storing unit(14) stores a search condition. A user inputting unit(15) receives the selection of a user. A controlling unit(12) executes the search of content according to the search condition. The controlling unit updates a content update list. The controlling unit displays update indication corresponding to the search condition.
