Fixing device for laser welding of electrical contacts in photovoltaic cells, which presses the tab (3) of a photovoltaic cell solar module on the bus (2) of each photovoltaic cell, while they are being laser welded together. The device has an upper plate (5) onto a lower one (6), each one of them featuring at least one opening (7) which are equal to each other and have the same position. Those of the upper plates (5) are covered by transparent panels (8), and a flexible and transparent membrane (10) is placed between the two plates (5, 6). The silicon wafer (1) is inserted along with the tab (3) between the two plates (5,6), on the flexible membrane (10), being said membrane (10) inflated by compressed air, exerting pressure on the silicon wafer (1), and fixing the tab (3) to the printed bus (2).
