PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an azo pigment composition having extremely sufficient hue and light fastness and excellent tinting strength (color concentration), and to preferably provide an azo pigment composition containing the azo pigment and a tautomer thereof further having a characteristic X-ray diffraction peak at a different position.

SOLUTION: The azo pigment composition includes at least one of an azo pigment having a characteristic X-ray diffraction peak at Bragg angle (2θ±0.2°) of 7.6°, 25.6° and 27.7° in CuKα characteristic X-ray diffraction and represented by formula (1), and a tautomer.
