<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide plate for a shift lever device which can suppress a hitting sound or vibration during movement of a shift lever. <P>SOLUTION: The guide plate 30 of the shift lever device is formed in correspondence with a movement region of the shift lever, and includes an operation hole 31 guiding the shift lever while regulating the movement region of the shift lever. The guide plate 30 of the shift lever device includes an operation hole 35 on a collision buffer member 34, crossing slits 45 and 46 and a U-shaped slit 48 on the collision buffer member 34, and primary impact absorbing parts 43 and 44 and a secondary impact absorbing part 47 using the operation hole 35 side with respect to the crossing slits 45 and 46 and the U-shaped slit 48 as a receiving part which can absorb the impact of the shift lever and using the back surface side with respect to the crossing slits 45 and 46 and the U-shaped slit 48 as a stopper part supporting recessed deformation of the receiving part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
