<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress unnecessary completion of a power-saving mode. <P>SOLUTION: A information processing unit has a first detection part 31 which can detect a first input to a KIOSK terminal 1 when the KIOSK terminal 1 is in a power-saving mode which can be changed to be in a power-saving mode in which at least one target device connected is made to be a power-saving mode is in a power-saving mode, a second detection part 32 which can detect a second input different from the first input, and a mode control part 33 for making the power-saving mode of the KIOSK terminal 1 completed by transferring the target device from the power saving state to the normal operation state.
