<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embossed metal plate which has high heat radiation efficiency while being compact, and a method for manufacturing the same effectively. <P>SOLUTION: Projections 3 are formed on the embossed metal plate 1 and a seed metal lump 2 is put into the upper portion of each projection 3. In the method for manufacturing the embossed metal plate 1, a plurality of the seed metal lumps 2 are enforced into the metal plate 1 from one side of the metal plate 1 so that a plurality of the projections 3 are formed on the opposite surface of the metal plate 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
