<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily maintain a state of being adhered to a window glass over a long period of time. <P>SOLUTION: The heat insulating sheet for a window glass adhered to the window glass G for reducing heat conduction of the window glass G includes: a glass side film 10 which is a sheet on the window glass G side; a separating side film 30 which is a sheet on the side opposite from the window glass G; and an air bubble forming film 20 positioned between the glass side film 10 and the separating side film 30 for forming a plurality of air bubbles 25 between the separating side film 30 and/or the glass side film 10.
