<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for tire giving balanced abrasion resistance, performance on ice and driving stability on a dry road surface, and to provide a studless tire produced by using the composition. <P>SOLUTION: The rubber composition for tire contains a diene rubber component, a copolymer having a polar group and obtained by copolymerizing a conjugated diene compound and a vinyl compound having the polar group, silica, and a specific sulfur-containing silane compound, wherein the vinyl compound having the polar group is a compound having a polymerizable unsaturated bond and the polar group. Either one carbon atom constituting the polymerizable unsaturated bond is bonded through at least one carbon atom to a carbon atom to which the polar group is bonded, and the double bond of the conjugated diene compound has a cis-content of ≥80 mol%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
