<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal insulation cooker including a thermal insulation outer container, an inner container, and a thermal insulation outer container lid, which reduces impact when the thermal insulation outer container lid is closed. <P>SOLUTION: The thermal insulation cooker includes the thermal insulation outer container 2, the inner container 3, an inner container lid 4, and the thermal insulation outer container lid 5. The thermal insulation outer container lid 5 is formed of a lid body portion 11 and an elastic body 12 provided on the outer periphery of the lid body portion, and the elastic body 12 abuts on an upper end 8 of an opening portion 1. The elastic body 12 has a cross-section of a recess shape having a hollow portion 28, such as substantially C-shape. A projection piece 33 integrally provided with the elastic body 12 is provided to abut on the inner container 3 of the thermal insulation outer container 2. Impact noise is eliminated when closing the thermal insulation outer container lid 5.
