<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rescue sheet in which a person to be rescued can be rescued in a short time by one amateur employee such as a part time employee who does not experience a prior use exercise or the like, in a rescue sheet or the like of a format which carries out assembling deformation or the like from a form at the time of housing, and carries out form change to a stretcher-like form which is a form at the time of carrying a person to be rescued. <P>SOLUTION: The rescue sheet comprises attaching a traction strap 20 to a flexible cushion sheet 10. The traction strap 20 is attached to be tightened by an arrangement which encloses a person M to be rescued who lies on the cushion sheet 10. The cushion sheet 10 around the person M to be rescued to which a weight of the person M to be rescued does not add is made to stand up to be changed to the form at the time of carrying by one operation which picks up the person M to be rescued on the cushion sheet 10 of a developed state, and pulls the traction strap 20.
