<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation measuring device having high reliability with noise resistance enhanced. <P>SOLUTION: A radiation measuring device comprises a detection unit 1 for detecting radiation, a measurement unit 4 for measuring a counting rate from a detection signal output from the detection unit 1, and a detector cable 3 connecting the detection unit 1 and the measurement unit 4. The detector cable 3 is provided with an outermost shell shield layer 36. A detector cover 18 is electrically connected to the outermost shell shield layer 36 through a frame 17 to form an outer shield Y. A sensor case 13 isolated from the frame 17 is electrically connected to a shield 312 of a coaxial cable 31 included in the detector cable 3 through a common terminal 122, which is a return of the detection signal of a preamplifier 12, to form an inner shield X. Both shields X and Y are grounded at a point of the measurement unit 4 to protect the detection signal from noise by double electromagnetic shielding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
