CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing red ginseng wine comprises: a washing ginseng; a step of binding a hanger core(30) made of non-toxic synthetic resin, metal, and wood into the center of the ginseng; a step of hanging the ginseng(10) using the hanger core and steaming to prepare red ginseng(20); a step of vertically hanging the red ginseng and drying; a step of adding the red ginseng and spirit into a bottle(40). |
