PURPOSE: A fluidized-bed incinerator, which can increase treatment quantity of waste by using a preheating part and a heating part without the increase of fuel and energy, is provided to improve incineration effect by enough preheating waste by using a preheating part. CONSTITUTION: A fluidized-bed incinerator comprises a main body(10), a waste material hole input port(20), a fluid sand heating part(30), a hot air supplier(40), and a waste material preheating part(50). The waste material is put in the fluid sand heating part of the main body through the waste material hole. The fluid sand heating part is formed in the bottom of the main body. The fluid sand heating part incinerates the waste put into through the waste material hole. The hot air supplier heats the fluid sand by supplying hot air to the fluid sand heating part. One-side end of the waste material preheating part is connected to the waste material hole. The other side end of the waste material preheating part is adjacently formed to the fluid sand heating part.
