PURPOSE: A soundproof telephone booth equipped with an air-conditioner is provided to improve help a user to comfortably telephone. CONSTITUTION: A soundproof telephone booth equipped with an air-conditioner comprises a floor panel(100), first, second, and third vertical walls(106,110), a door(122), a roof panel(124), and an air-conditioner. The first, second, and third vertical walls comprise a glass fiber which is detachably installed on the upper side of the floor panel. The door comprises the glass fiber, which is installed in the inner side of an entrance frame(116), and prevents the noise. The roof panel comprises a guiding hole and a ventilation hole and is installed in the top of the entrance frame and first, second, and third vertical walls. The guiding hole guides the icy air, which is blown from the air-conditioner, to the inside of the telephone booth.
