摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation type component force measuring apparatus which can reduce detection errors of a strain gauge and determine a high-precision component force accurately. <P>SOLUTION: The measuring apparatus measures six component forces, that is, forces Fx, Fy, Fz acting in the axial directions of an orthogonal coordinate system and torques Mx, My, Mz acting around the axes, is placed between first and second torque transmission axes to which a rotary driving force is transmitted, and is provided with a component force detector for detecting a strain pertinent to the six component forces when a rotary driving force is input. The component force detector comprises a sensing beam section having a thin-walled section and a plurality of strain gauges which are attached corresponding to the thin-walled section and forms bridge circuits B<SB>1</SB>to B<SB>8</SB>. A detection signal detected by the bridge circuit is digitized by an AD convertor 32a, and the digitized output signal is transmitted to a signal processing circuit 33 placed outside the component force detector in a noncontact or contact manner. The signal processing circuit 33 corrects the output signal transmitted from each bridge circuit through correction information stored in advance to perform coordinate transformation, thereby calculating the six component forces. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p>
