<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control and constitution system for an LED video system that facilitates arranging an LED lamp in a designated three-dimensional shape. <P>SOLUTION: A circuit which is divided into a plurality of modules is simplified by generating clock cycles corresponding to an illumination control slot whose time width is a multiple, and an LED lamp can be arranged and stacked nearby a printed board.
