<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor which in expression of grass, for example, can express a difference in contrast between a tip section of the grass (a section receiving light) and a root section of the grass (a section not receiving much light) and as a result improving reality in the expression of grass. <P>SOLUTION: The image processor displays an image expressing a state of a virtual three dimensional space as seen from a virtual camera in which a first object and a second object made to stand on the first object are arranged. Texture indicating the degree of contrast at each point on the second object is stored. In addition, a compensating coefficient for the degree of contrast is stored. Then, color information for each point on the second object is acquired based on the degree of contrast after compensation which is obtained by compensating the degree of contrast indicated by the texture based on the compensating coefficient and the color information for the position on which the second object is arranged on the first object (S201 and S202). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
