METHOD FOR FOAMING REFRIGERATOR CABINET

PURPOSE: The kind of the foaming mould is changed with the conveyer method according to the kind of cabinet, the foaming mould directly puts into, the space conjugation for the alteration of type is maximized. CONSTITUTION: A method for foaming refrigerator cabinet is as follows. A refrigerator cabinet(C) is transferred to a transfer apparatus(10) to a loading system(20). The refrigerator cabinet is combined with the loading system in a foaming mould(30). The foaming mould and the combined refrigerator cabinet puts into in a fixture(40). The foaming liquid is inserted in the combined body of the foaming mold and the refrigerator cabinet. After the blistering liquid hardens, the foaming mould and refrigerator cabinet combination are transferred to the loading system. The foaming mould and refrigerator cabinet combination separate with the loading system. The refrigerator cabinet separating is transferred to for the next process.
