PURPOSE: A motion simulator is provided to operate a general AC motor as a servo motor, thereby reducing manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: A control part(150) comprises a computer(151), a control board(152), and a motor driver(153). The computer installs a system control program. The control board receives a command from the system control program and controls one or more effect apparatuses included in a motion simulator. A motor driver receives a command from the control board and transmits a current signal to an AC motor(131). The current signal controls rotation and rotational direction of the AC motor. A sensing unit(133) transmits information with respect to a measured rotational angle to the control board. The control board receives a command from the system control program and the information with respect to the rotational angle from the sensing unit and transmits an AC motor control command to the motor driver.
