<p>A method is provided that reduces the overhead of neighboring cells that must be signaled and thereby reduces the overhead in the system information and reduces the number of cells on which a UE must perform measurements. In order to accomplish this, the number of neighboring cells (inter frequency/inter RAT) that are broadcast in the system information is reduced.</p> |
