PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote monitoring control system in which a control terminal can confirm the current number of opening/closing times of an incorporated relay. SOLUTION: The control terminal 3 is provided with a section 33 for counting the number of opening/closing times of an incorporated relay 31, and a control section 37 for controlling a wireless transmitting section 36a to transmit the number of opening/closing times counted at the counting section 33 together with address data stored in an address storage section 39 when a wireless receiving section 36b receives an address data validation request transmitted by a wireless signal. On the other hand, an address setter 4 is provided with a display 41, an operating section 42 performing address data validation, and a control section 44 for controlling a wireless transmitting section 43a to transmit the address data validation request by a wireless signal in response to operation at the operating section 42, and controlling the display 41 to display the received address data and the number of opening/closing times when a wireless receiving section 43b receives the address data and the number of opening/closing times transmitted by a wireless signal.
