PURPOSE: A rice cake bar extruding machine is provided to press the dough continuously while maintaining the predetermined partition. CONSTITUTION: The output values of sensors are recognized in a PLC(Power Line Communication) automatic operation. A PLC continuously provides a process correction program to a servo motor and a temperature generator. The configuration pressure, speed, and temperature of a controller are controll0ed through the adjustable speed and the adjustable temperature of the servo motor. A dough is constantly corrected to the process of the cutting device(300). By a nozzle opening and shutting device driving of a dough extrusion nozzle device, the press control of the dough is performed.
