PURPOSE: A portable terminal and operation control method thereof are provided to enable a user to rapidly confirm mail content through mail lists by transparently overlapping a display screen with the mail list. CONSTITUTION: A display unit(151) displays a main list screen which arrange plural mail categories. When a control unit(180) selects a first category at a mail list screen, the display unit displays mail content corresponding to the first category. When the control unit selects the mark of the mail list, the display unit displays a transparent overlapped screen. |
