PURPOSE: A dither pattern generating method and apparatus thereof are provided to prevent dither noise effect by using dither pattern in a frame. CONSTITUTION: A video memory(210) stores a dither pixel values according to an address. The address includes bits for showing predetermined bits and frames. A video logic and adding unit(220) generates video data about frames by the sum of the image pixel values of image data based on the address.
